Passport ID

I just cant believe why in this world this Philippine Consulate require a dark blue or royal blue background for the passport size photo. I have been calling lots of photo studios but they online offer a white background for the photo. Goodness!! Now i have to call few more shop and see if I could get my picture done today. I doubt it! Any suggestion there folks?? Oh well, I guess I will just get my picture at the venue I heard there is someone in charge for pictures. It is quite expensive, for two copies they will charge you $10. What can I do!!
OK guys have to keep going here. I don't want messing up my documents here for tomorrow. I bet there will be lots of Filipino tomorrow for the renewal of the passport and for dual citizenship. Have a nice day to all of you!!
